1. Who We Are
Hulk's Killfeed is operated by a sole developer based in the United Kingdom.
We provide tools for managing DayZ game servers and their associated Discord communities.
For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, we act as a data controller in relation to our platform infrastructure, server owner accounts, and the player data processed through our moderation services.

2. What Data We Process
We process the following categories of data:
For Server Owners:
- Account Identifiers
- Discord User ID
- Subscription Information
- Discord Server Information (Server ID, Channel IDs, Role IDs etc)
For Players (who access game servers that are using our system):
- Gamertag
- Account ID
- Discord User ID (If linked)
- Game server activity and statistics, including connection times, playtime, kills, deaths, hits, building activity, in-game locations, movement history, replay data and emotes
Player data is obtained from participating game servers and, where applicable, from the relevant game server owner or linked Discord account.
We do not collect real names, physical addresses, payment card information, or marketing profiling data from players.
3. Purpose of Processing
We process data for the following purposes:
- Enabling server owners to moderate their own Discord and/or game servers.
- Allowing server owners to issue bans within their own Discord and/or game servers.
- Preventing ban evasion and maintaining game server integrity.
- Providing activity feeds, player statistics, leaderboards, maps, replays and community features
- Operating and maintaining our platform infrastructure.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use player data for advertising or marketing.
4. Lawful Basis
For server owner account and subscription data, processing is necessary for the performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR.
For player moderation data, we rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR.
Our legitimate interests include:
- Preventing abuse and ban evasion
- Maintaining the integrity and security of game servers
- Enabling effective moderation tools for game server owners
We have assessed these interests against the rights and freedoms of affected individuals and consider the processing to be necessary and proportionate for these purposes.
5. Data Retention
- Player data associated with a game server is retained while that server maintains an active subscription to our system.
- When a game server's subscription ends and the server becomes inactive, we manually remove its server-specific player records from our active database. We normally complete this within 10 days, although processing may occasionally take longer.
- Server owner account data is retained while the account remains active and for up to 30 days thereafter for administrative and legal purposes.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data.
Player data may be accessible to:
- The relevant game server owner and their authorised administrators for their own server
- Depending on owner chosen settings, information may be visible to other members of the server
- Us for system operation and security purposes
Gamertags and aggregated gameplay statistics may also be displayed through cross-server statistics and leaderboards.
Our systems are hosted by third-party infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards in accordance with UK data protection law.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, individuals may have the following rights depending on the circumstances:
- Request access to their personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of data (Article 17)
- Request restriction of processing where applicable
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21)
Where an objection is made, we will assess whether compelling legitimate grounds exist for continued processing.

8. International Data Transfers
Our core platform data is hosted and processed within the United Kingdom.
Payments and subscriptions are processed through PayPal. PayPal may process or transfer personal data internationally in accordance with its own privacy policies and applicable data protection safeguards.
We do not directly store payment card information.
9. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use personal data to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any changes.
